Welcome to the audeladespistes.fr website (the "website"), of Au-Delà Des Pistes, a non-profit association under the 1901 law. Description of services
Audeladespistes.fr is a website whose purpose is to promote the retaining of thoroughbred racehorses in France, by bringing to the attention of Internet users various information and facts in this field. The website provides information about the ADDP team, the charity's news and events, the process of retraining a racehorse at the end of its race career, the facilities accredited by ADDP, ADDP ambassadors and how to contact us.
It is also possible to donate to ADDP by clicking on the link provided which will take you to the ADDP personalised page on the HelloAsso online donation website (a reliable and secure website). These donations will enable ADDP to achieve its main objectives: to promote the retraining of racehorses, to approve facilities for the retraining and taking in of former racehorses throughout France and to organise competitions in equestrian sports reserved solely for former racehorses.
Intellectual Property
All content or elements accessible on the website, in particular in the form of photographs or video clips (the "Content"), are protected by intellectual property rights and other private rights. All intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights relating to the drawings, texts, models, graphics, software and interfaces of the website are the property of ADDP.
The Content also includes photographs or other items for which intellectual property rights may be held by third parties and for which we have obtained a right of use to exploit them on the website.

Accreditation does not imply any legal relationship between the charity Au-Delà Des Pistes and the accredited persons or entities, which are and remain legally independent of the association. We may update these Terms at any time, such changes will be notified to you when you visit the website.
Use of the website is governed by the version of the Terms of Use in effect on the day you access the website.

3. Our use of Personal Data
We use Personal Data about you for the following purposes:
1. To register and manage your membership or donations
We use your Personal Data to administer our membership and donor file, including to provide you with your tax receipt.
The legal basis for this processing is the execution of the contract concluded with you concerning your membership of the association.
2. In order to send you information about our association, and our events via the Au-Delà Des Pistes Newsletter
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing our members, or persons who have requested it, with news about the association and its activities. You can decide at any time to no longer receive this information by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails sent to you, or by contacting us by email at: dataprotection@audeladespistes.fr.
3. For statistical purposes
We may collect information that allows us to obtain statistics about visits to our website.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in being able to obtain information enabling us to better understand the use of our services in order to improve them.
4. Periods of storage of your Personal Data
We keep your Personal Data for the duration of your membership of the association, as well as for a period of three (3) years from the end of the association, or if applicable from your last contact with us.
In addition, We reserve the right to archive your Personal Data for the applicable limitation periods.
As far as audience measurement information collected on our site via cookies is concerned, we keep it for a period of five years.
